This item comes in non-original packaging. It has scuffs and scratches from normal use. This item was not tested by us since we do not have the proper resources, though it was working properly with no problems when we removed it from a decommissioned restaurant. The exhaust hood mounts over the top exhaust pipe as seen in the last images. Note: The hearth has cracks as seen in the images.
