To minimize heat and energy loss, the Marsal MB-866 deck oven contains high-temperature fiberglass insulation, and the black doors are double paneled. The doors create an air curtain, so they remain cool to the touch, reducing the risk of burn injury.

Equipped with heavy-duty legs, this unit remains stable on various surfaces. Its top and sides are made of stainless steel for durability and rust resistance. Its 44-inch-wide by 66-inch-deep cooking surface accommodates eight 16-inch pizzas.

The Marsal MB-866 pizza deck oven has an arched, brick-lined ceiling that heats the chamber evenly from the top and sides. Halogen lights illuminate the chamber to simplify product retrieval. It has thermostat controls that enable adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, this unit measures 86 inches wide by 52.25 inches deep by 60.25 inches high.
