TurboChef HCW 2620 Ventless Pizza Conveyor Oven HHC Good Condition. We were using this for 6 months and bought it used from original owner who barely used it.
It functions perfectly as far as specific heat and belt controls. We were using it for pizza and it really gives amazing control over top and bottom cooking amounts through the forced air controls. Its also super easy to disable and clean. Turbo Chef makes an amazing product.
We replaced it with two Lincoln ovens because of electricity costs here in California and we already had a hood so we switched to gas. THe new ovens are great but we can't control the top and bottom cooking as precisely to give that absolutely perfect product like we could with this machine. We are sad to see it go. Its was uncleaned when I took this photos putting into storage but oven cleaner gets it all the way shiny and new. We also have the end stoppers (so the pizzas don't fall off the belt when they get to the end) for the oven and chain guard, which aren't pictured here but come with the oven.
