This oven uses TurboChef's catalytic technology with top and bottom convection motors to quickly heat pizzas to the perfect temperature and doneness. Each convection motor features independent controls, allowing you to customize temperatures for perfectly cooked toppings and crispy crust. Its ventless design eliminates the need for costly ventilation and allows the oven to be used in a variety of restaurants and locations. Capable of cooking pizzas up to 14, this oven features simple, one-button controls that make operation a breeze.

Unlike traditional pizza ovens, no moving or turning the pizza is required with the TurboChef Fire. Six programmable, preset timers allow you to simply insert a pizza, press a button, and remove the pizza when finished! This ensures consistent results every time and eliminates the need for a skilled pizza maker.
