Why cook one batch of cookies at a time? This pre-owned oven is a production line type oven with a conveyor belt. This oven was designed for you to push a pre-program button that sets temperature and oven time (conveyor speed). Place your uncooked product on the moving conveyor and collect the cooked product at the exit end of the oven.

This oven has 5 programmed buttons that remember set temperatures for both top and bottom oven sections and the cooking time (conveyor speed). This oven cooks a variety of foods, including pizza, cookies, soft pretzels, oven-face sandwiches, biscuits, etc. See picture for chart of typical foods with their cooking temperatures and cook times.

Cooking chamber size: 3" high, 14 ½" deep, 22 wide. Exterior size: 17 5/8" high, 22" deep, 42 ½ wide.

240 Vac 60Hz 1ph (22/22 AMP). Removable legs to allow for stacking. Adjustable heat curtains to reduce heat loss. Wide enough for a 12 pizza.
