Pizza, Subs, Cheese Melter/Toaster Oven. Power is 3 phase, 4 wire w/Ground 120/208VAC, 28 Amps. Serial Number 2031510, Man date: 03/99. This pizza oven was picked up from a kitchen supply company that was getting rid of old assets. It is used, clean, and all parts are included.

Wiring looks like they use Neutral to create the 120 volt control power, rather than a transformer inside. There is 3 phase 208 VAC, with a neutral wire, and ground. If you look this model up with serial number, you can easily find the wiring schematics. The conveyor shows some signs of use (bent mesh wires, etc), but it rolls smoothly and is clean.

I have not yet power tested this unit, and it may be some time before I can test this. Until I can test this (waiting for power to be run in our facility), I can not power test it.
