Designed for high volume pizza and all-purpose operations, this Bakers Pride Y-602 Super Deck Y Series Double Deck Oven is an excellent addition to your kitchen. It has top and bottom heat controls to maximize temperature regulation and operator control. Its combination gas controls have valve, regulator, and pilot safety regulators. This, along with its heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters, help keep the Deck Oven and your employees safe. This Y-602 is constructed from stainless and aluminized steel. Its entire exterior is made from 403-type stainless steel, adding durability and making it easier to clean. It is also fully insulated to ensure warm air stays locked within the oven compartment, keeping your kitchen cooler and interior temperatures consistent.
The interior is constructed from a heavy-duty angle iron frame, completely welded to form a single, unitized section. Its oven interior is high-heat resistant 16 gauge aluminized steel, while its doors are fully insulated and spring-balanced. Top and bottom heat control dampers and micro-slides.
Combination gas controls with valve, regulator, and pilot safety. 8" interior deck heights with 2" thick Fibrament hearth decks. Spring balanced door stays open or closed until moved. Doors have tubular steel handles. Side or rear gas connections.
